Poplar Coffee Table, Ceramic Legs
Poplar is one of the most popular trees growing in Poland. Its wood is relatively light because it has a low density, it is also characterized by softness and cleavage. It is not difficult to process when using very sharp tools, for example, a lathe that does not allow wood to fray. Poplar wood has an interesting yellowish color with a very aesthetic feature, thanks to which sculptors and woodcarvers often use them.
Poplar glues well, which is useful in the furniture industry – with its strong processing, you can get parts of equipment with a repetitive character, with a more natural approach, i.e. one that is close to us, a slice of wood can be used, for example, as a countertop. Poplar coffee table is one of our proposals made of this interesting wood.
